Azúcar means Sugar.

Born and raised in the heart of Texas, we have our own unique flavors and foods. Moving to the beautiful Pacific Northwest has been a dream come true! At times, I find myself craving delicious snacks and treats from my home town of San Antonio. So we decided to bring some of our favorite treats to beautiful Portland. Portland foodies know food! Through the years, we have been inspired by Portland’s food scene’s innovation and creativity. So we’ve decided to work our way from the bottom and travel to the top sharing some of our favorite foods! Right now Azúcar’s feature product is our Fair Floss! This isn’t the bagged cotton candy you get at the carnival or fair. Our Fairy Floss comes in many different shapes, colors, sizes and flavors! We’ll even customize your Fairy Floss by crossing flavors and toppings of your choice! As we build we will be introducing new snacks and treats for everyone to enjoy! We are proud to be Portland’s first and only artisanal Fairy Floss makers! So look out for us at special events and Farmers Markets around the Portland metro areas, because we’re bring the Azúcar out to you this summer!
